These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SeaTicket website, web applications, products, services, APIs, documentation, and related features (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
1. Description of the Services
SeaTicket is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables individuals and organizations to centralize, manage, and process issues, tickets, and related information collected from multiple sources, including integrated third-party systems.
The Services may include automation and artificial intelligence ("AI") features designed to assist with data analysis, classification, summarization, routing, and execution of workflows. SeaTicket does not control, monitor, or verify Customer Content and does not make decisions on behalf of users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to use the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and that such organization is responsible for all use of the Services under its account.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to promptly update such information as necessary.
SeaTicket is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to or use of your account.
4. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
You shall not misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with system integrity or security, or using the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
- Distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful content
- Circumvent access controls or security mechanisms
- Engage in activities that may harm SeaTicket, its users, or third parties
SeaTicket reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access.
6. Integrations and Third-Party Services
The Services may allow you to connect with third-party services or platforms.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Your use of third-party services is governed solely by their respective terms and policies
- SeaTicket does not control and is not responsible for third-party services or content
- You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and authorizations to access and process third-party data
7. Customer Content and Data Ownership
You retain all right, title, and interest in and to any content, data, or information submitted to or processed through the Services ("Customer Content").
You grant SeaTicket a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide right to host, store, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide Customer Content and that such content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
8. AI Features and Automated Actions
The Services may include AI-powered features that automatically analyze, generate, classify, summarize, or act upon Customer Content.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs are produced automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete
- AI outputs do not constitute professional, legal, or technical advice
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to rely on AI-generated results
- Any automated actions performed by the Services occur based on your configuration and authorization
SeaTicket disclaims liability for decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated outputs to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
The Services, including all software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by SeaTicket or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Services.
10. Fees and Subscription
Certain features or plans of the Services may require payment.
Pricing, billing terms, renewal periods, and applicable taxes will be presented at the time of purchase or subscription. Unless otherwise required by law, all fees are non-refundable.
11. Suspension and Termination
SeaTicket may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:
- You breach these Terms
- Required payments are overdue
- Your use of the Services poses legal, security, or operational risks
You may terminate your account in accordance with applicable account settings or instructions.
12. Service Availability and Modifications
The Services are provided on an "as available" basis.
SeaTicket may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of material changes.
13. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the confidentiality of non-public information obtained through the Services and not to disclose such information except as required to perform obligations under these Terms or as required by law.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeaTicket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Services.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SeaTicket from claims arising out of:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your Customer Content or data sources
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SeaTicket regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
19. Changes to These Terms
SeaTicket may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
