About Us

Our Mission

Our mission is to help modern development teams manage and resolve software issues more effectively.

Software issues today come from everywhere—GitHub, user forums, support emails, website forms, and internal feedback. Yet most teams still handle them in fragmented tools and disconnected workflows. With the help of AI and intelligent automation, SeaTicket aims to unify all these signals into a single, coherent system, so teams can focus less on coordination and more on solving real problems.

SeaTicket is an AI‑powered issue management platform that centralizes, structures, and analyzes software issues across channels. By combining unified data, team collaboration, and AI agents, we enable faster response times, clearer ownership, and higher‑quality resolutions.

What SeaTicket Is

SeaTicket provides a single workspace where all software issues and tickets are recorded, enriched, and resolved collaboratively.

From core capabilities such as multi‑source synchronization and structured ticket recording, to advanced features like AI‑driven analysis and automated resolution, SeaTicket is designed to support the full lifecycle of issue management—from first report to final fix and shared knowledge.

Key capabilities include:

  • Unified issue intake from GitHub Issues, forums, email support, website tickets, and other sources
  • AI‑generated structured tickets that turn unstructured conversations into actionable issues
  • Flexible annotations and custom properties for richer context and better organization
  • Team collaboration tools for assignment, discussion, and progress tracking
  • AI agent assistance that analyzes patterns, suggests solutions, and resolves repetitive issues
  • A unified dashboard for complete visibility across all channels

Our Story

SeaTicket was created by the team behind Seafile, an open‑source collaboration platform trusted by millions of users worldwide.

Since 2012, Seafile has focused on improving how people work with files and documents, evolving from a fast and secure sync‑and‑share solution into a comprehensive workspace with collaborative documents, knowledge bases, extensible metadata, and AI‑powered organization.

Through years of software development and customer support experience, we observed a recurring challenge: while files and documents became more structured and intelligent, software issues and user feedback remained scattered across tools and platforms. Valuable insights were lost, duplicated, or delayed.

SeaTicket was born from this experience. It extends Seafile’s philosophy of structured collaboration into the domain of issue management—bringing together issues, discussions, and resolutions, and enhancing them with AI to reduce manual work and improve decision‑making.

Built for Modern Development Teams

SeaTicket is designed for teams who:

  • Handle issues from multiple external and internal channels
  • Need clear visibility and ownership across large volumes of tickets
  • Want to reduce repetitive support and triage work
  • Value collaboration, shared knowledge, and continuous improvement

Whether you are maintaining open‑source projects, running SaaS products, or supporting enterprise software, SeaTicket helps your team respond faster and work smarter.
